Our strength trainer, Savanna Harrison, is a former Division II collegiate soccer player who has played alongside and against some of the best competition in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference. As a member of the Kutztown University women’s soccer program, Savanna helped lead the team to become 2021 regular season champions, appear in the NCAA tournament in three out of her four years, have a run in the PSAC tournament four out of four years, and receive a top ranking of number one in the country for D2 women’s soccer. In addition, Savanna was recognized as a 2x captain, 2019 MVP, and All-PSAC Award Honoree. Upon graduating with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in communication studies, Savanna pursued a master’s degree in Sports Science through Lock Haven University. Savanna has worked with a multitude of youth and elite athletes both on the soccer field and in the gym. She holds a deep passion for strength and conditioning and its application to sports and healthy living.


Savanna prides herself in teaching anyone and everyone to "train like an athlete." There is no prototype; no matter the background, sport, knowledge, or experience, Savanna can help to instruct and improve the lives of all people through fitness. This includes, but is not limited to, strength & conditioning, agility, and mobility.
