Cancellation Policy

I understand that situations arise in which you may have to cancel a training session. It is requested that if you must cancel a session you provide at least 24 hours of notice. This will give me enough time to give the time slot to another client who is waiting to schedule a training session. As you know, time slots are very limited due to school conflicts, weather conditions, and club soccer conflicts. With cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice, I am unable to offer the slot to another person, and therefore lose out on a coaching opportunity.   Training sessions that are canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancelation fee equal to the total cost of a the particular training session you were signed up for. I understand that special unavoidable circumstances may arise causing you to cancel with less than 24 hours of notice. Under these circumstances, cancelation fees may be waived.   Cancelation fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the client’s next training session.
