Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise in which you may have to cancel a training session. However, it is requested that if you must cancel a session you provide at least 48 hours of notice. This will give us enough time to offer the time slot to another client on our waitlist. When cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice, it is very difficult to offer the slot to another client who has been waiting to get in for a training session. Training sessions that are canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of a the particular training session you were signed up for.   Cancellation fees must be paid in full at the time of the originally scheduled session. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy!
