Owner & Head Trainer
Stevi Parker
Stevi is a former NCAA Division I collegiate soccer player who has played alongside and against some of the best competition in college soccer. As a member of the University of South Carolina women's soccer program, she helped lead the team to its first ever NCAA Elite-8 appearance, and was voted a 3X MVP by her coaches and teammates. Upon completing her career as a collegiate athlete, Stevi has shifted her focus to helping others improve their game. With 5 years of experience owning and running Powerhouse Soccer, Stevi has worked with and helped a multitude of players achieve their goals. In the coming years, she hopes to continue to inspire the upcoming generations of players to become the best versions of themselves.

Trainer
Sara Oswald
Sara is a 2023 graduate of Lafayette College, where she competed in 4 seasons of NCAA Division I Soccer. As a two-time captain and leading goal scorer for Lafayette. Sara was named to the Patriot League All-League Team two seasons in a row. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sara is now pursuing a graduate degree in sports psychology where she hopes to merge her experiences as an athlete with her passion and respect for the mental side of sports. Having competed at the highest levels of youth and collegiate soccer, Sara wishes to lead the next generation of athletes in their pursuit of excellence on and off the field.

Trainer
Zach Harley
Zach is a former NCAA Division III men's soccer player who spent two impactful seasons at Eastern University. During his time there, he contributed to one of the most successful runs in program history, helping his team reach the NCAA Tournament and advance to the Sweet 16 for the first time ever. In addition to his collegiate experience, Zach trained and competed in both the NPSL and USL League 2, playing alongside and against the best talent in the country where he continued to grow his game. Zach is passionate about developing confident and skilled players, hoping to inspire and lead the next generation of soccer players on and off the field.

Trainer
Collin Murphy
Collin is a former NCAA Division I collegiate soccer player and four-year starter who competed as a fullback for Bucknell University in the Patriot League. During his four-year career, he served as a team captain for his junior and senior years. Between college seasons, Collin played for West Chester United in the NPSL and USL2, further developing his skills against top-level competition. A native of Richmond, VA, Collin brings a strong passion for the game and a wealth of experience coaching players of all ages, having worked at Bucknell soccer camps and a technical training facility in Richmond (Own Touch Soccer). Now, as a full-time engineer in Philadelphia and a candidate for an engineering Master’s Degree from Johns Hopkins University, Collin is excited to share his knowledge and expertise with the next generation of soccer players, helping them grow and achieve their goals both on and off the field.

Kylie Hughes
Kylie is a 2025 graduate of Moravian University in Bethlehem, PA, where she competed for four years in NCAA Division III women's collegiate soccer in the Landmark Conference. As a leader both on and off the field, Kylie served as a three-time team captain and was named to the Academic All-District Team three times. During her collegiate career, she helped lead her team to three playoff appearances. Now transitioning from player to coach, Kylie is passionate about guiding and developing the next generation of athletes. She hopes to use her experience and love for the game to help younger players grow and achieve their goals.

Goalkeeper Trainer
Emily Armstrong
Emily is a former professional and NCAA Division I collegiate soccer player. She played at the University of Connecticut, where she helped the Huskies win the AAC Tournament twice and compete in the NCAA National Tournament three times. During her collegiate career, Emily was named a First Team CoSIDA Academic All-American, two-time AAC Goalkeeper of the Year, and team captain. Following graduation from UConn with her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction, Emily played six seasons in Europe — with stops in Norway, Sweden, and Iceland. Today, Emily has shifted her focus from playing to training the next generation of goalkeepers. She brings her extensive experience and high level of energy to develop each keeper's total game, helping them achieve their goals as a player.
