Stevi is a former division I collegiate soccer player who has played alongside and against some of the best competition in college soccer. As a member of the University of South Carolina women's soccer program, she helped lead the team to its first ever NCAA Elite-8 appearance, and was voted a 3X MVP by her coaches and teammates. Upon graduating with a degree in exercise science, she has worked with a multitude of youth and elite athletes both on the soccer field and in the gym. As a competitor at the highest level, Stevi knows what it takes to excel both on the field and off. Personalized 1:1 training sessions designed to enhance strengths and improve upon weaker areas of the game.
PARTNER TRAINING SESSIONS
Customized 2:1 training sessions with a training partner of your choice. Sessions are designed around strengths and weaknesses of each player in order to maximize overall performance.
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
Small group classes of no more than 8 players focused on improving the technical, tactical, and physical components of the game to develop well-rounded, complete players. Sessions are currently available by request*
STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS
Private, partner, or small group sessions run by our strength trainer, Savanna Harrison. Our sport-specific sessions are designed to build functional strength & endurance, reduce injury risk, and develop well-rounded athletes.
